Judge Hill is expected to charge the new Grand Jury to conduct a thorough investigation when he addresses them this morning in the Criminal Division of Fulton Superior Court. It is understood that he will deliver specific instructions regarding the perjury charges that have been filed by Solicitor Dorsey against witnesses in the Frank Case. These cases are expected to be among the first considered by the Grand Jury.

The charges will be presented to the Grand Jury by Solicitor Dorsey and his assistant, A. E. Stephens. The material evidence will include numerous affidavits made by witnesses repudiating their testimony, some of which also contain counter repudiations.

Around the middle of the week, it is expected that the Ragsdale matter will be brought to the attention of the Grand Jury.

Meanwhile, Solicitor Dorsey is busy preparing his argument to counter the motion filed by John L. Tye to set aside the verdict in the Frank Case due to the plaintiff's absence at the time of its pronouncement. This motion is scheduled for a hearing before Judge Hill on Wednesday.

Solicitor Dorsey stated on Sunday that he is working to have his side of the case ready by that date. However, he was not prepared to confirm whether he would actually have it ready in time.
