The motion to set aside the Leo Frank verdict, filed by Tye, was postponed from next Saturday until Wednesday. On that day, it will be given a hearing before Judge Ben Hill. Solicitor Dorsey has been working vigorously in preparing his counter-showing that Frank's constitutional rights were not denied. He argues that Frank was well aware that his presence had been waived from the courtroom and that he was desirous that the waiver be made.
